How bluberri collects, uses, shares, and protects information in the client portal and creative workflow.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This policy covers a business-to-business creative platform using Stripe, cloud hosting, authentication, and production tooling.

1.Information we collect

  1. 1.1 Account information, such as name, email address, company, client workspace, role, and authentication details.
  2. 1.2 Creative workspace information, such as briefs, notes, uploaded assets, footage metadata, revision requests, approvals, and delivered files.
  3. 1.3 Billing information, such as credit purchases, subscription status, invoice identifiers, payment status, and limited payment details from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  4. 1.4 Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, feature activity, logs, browser type, IP address, and approximate location inferred from network data.
  5. 1.5 Support and communications, including messages you send to bluberri and service emails we send to you.

2.How we use information

  1. 2.1 Provide, secure, operate, and improve the bluberri portal and creative production workflow.
  2. 2.2 Process payments, subscriptions, credits, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and billing support.
  3. 2.3 Create, review, deliver, revise, and approve creative work for your workspace.
  4. 2.4 Communicate about service updates, support, billing, security, and product changes.
  5. 2.5 Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements, acceptable-use rules, and platform security.

3.How we share information

  1. 3.1 Service providers that help us run the product, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, support, and creative-production tooling.
  2. 3.2 Stripe and payment-method providers as needed to process transactions, subscriptions, disputes, refunds, and fraud checks.
  3. 3.3 Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when needed for legal, security, compliance, corporate, or transaction reasons.
  4. 3.4 We do not sell client creative assets. We do not use client creative assets to train public AI models unless we tell you and obtain the permission required for that use.

4.Payments and third-party tools

  1. 4.1 Payment information is handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment, fraud-prevention, and compliance information under its own policies.
  2. 4.2 bluberri may use trusted third-party tools to process briefs, footage, metadata, and delivery workflows so we can provide the service.
  3. 4.3 Those providers may process data on our behalf, but they are not allowed to use client workspace content for unrelated purposes unless separately permitted.

5.Retention, security, and choices

  1. 5.1 We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect the service.
  2. 5.2 We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.
  3. 5.3 You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting us at support@bluberri.ai. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, backup, or operational requirements.
  4. 5.4 You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Service, billing, and security messages may still be sent.
